Insurance
We are considered out of network providers. You pay the practice for your session in full at the time of the session and then you submit claims to seek reimbursement from your insurance company; however, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• Do I have Out of Network Coverage?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval or prior authorization required from my primary care physician or by the therapist?

Reduced Fee - Sliding Scale
*Reduced fee services are available on a limited case by case basis and not available to clients utilizing insurance benefits.

Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 fee for your session. When you schedule your appointment you are reserving a session time, it is your responsibility to be present, as we will be, for your sessions.
A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FILE REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

 

Exceptions include:

 

• Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.

• If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

• If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission provided to us by law to ensure their safety.
