Hello

I have always aspired to help others live the best life possible. Life is a difficult journey sometimes, but it is not necessary to navigate it alone! I plan my approaches based on each individual's unique needs in order to provide the most effective therapy for each client. I am highly interested in the utilization of cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and person-centered therapy and also hope to utilize many other modalities in the future. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, but primarily aim to work with adolescents and adults. I am interested in working with a diverse group of individuals who experience a diverse range of issues, and I ultimately hope to specialize in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders.I am currently working towards becoming a licensed clinical mental health counselor.
