As a counseling intern, my priority is to create a safe and welcoming space for you. I believe in working together and helping you discover your strengths and aspirations. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral methods with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. I also deeply value cultural sensitivity and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, welcoming individuals from all walks of life.

 

I'm eager to keep growing as a counselor and to help you on your path to healing and personal growth. Currently, I am working towards my license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
