Hi there, I’m Stacey! Do you find yourself stuck in a loop of overthinking, worrying about how others see you, or feeling weighed down by the past? If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and I’m here to help.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a career spanning 29 years of teaching, I bring a mix of experience, compassion, and a sprinkle of humor to my work as a professional counselor. My goal is simple but powerful—to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful growth. Whether it’s navigating anxiety, overcoming depression, working on family dynamics, strengthening your relationships, or helping your teen through life's ups and downs, I’m here to walk this path with you.

 

Who Do I Work With?

I work closely with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. From building confidence in adolescents to fostering connection with couples, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people across all stages of life. Each person—and every family—comes with a unique story and set of challenges, and I meet you where you are with warmth and understanding.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate and professional support to individuals navigating life's most challenging moments. 

 

I specialize in trauma, addiction recovery, eating disorders, body image concerns, counseling services are tailored to meet your unique needs.

 

I also address a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, self-esteem building, relationship and communication challenges, and grief support. Through evidence-based approaches and a commitment to holistic healing, we strive to empower you on your path to growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

My counseling style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness Practices. This combination helps you shift unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and find clarity. (And, yes, laughter is welcome in our sessions—it’s good for the soul!)
